Your tracking details will be emailed through once the order is completed. Keep and eye out for the email. Remember to always check your junk inbox as well.

Do you have a size guide? 

Online shopping can be challenging sometimes, so we have put together a sizing guide which can be found on our info page.

Caring for your garments is so important as it prolongs the lifespan of our clothes. All items have specific care instructions attached to the garments, but also for easy reference we have added care instructions to our product pages.

How do I care for the environment when disposing of your products? 

At Josephine we hope that you love your garments for many years to come, however we understand things happen and there may be a reason you need to part ways with your garment. For upcoming ranges we will have a pre-order option available to secure that new favourite piece.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
